Guarantee

Every cage is guaranteed to be free from defect*, easy to clean, durable, and 100% escape-proof or your money back.  If you have received a cage and any of the above conditions apply, then you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 45 days of receipt. Returns processed after 45 days will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 per day, accrued daily.  Any costs incurred returning the item to our location including shipping fees, packaging, and associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Send any return requests attention RETURNS to returns@newreptilecages.com.  Be sure to include your name, phone number, a description of the problem and photos if appropriate. You will receive a response in 12- 24hrs. We will either correct the problem or refund your money pending inspection of the returned item, whichever you prefer. Items deemed to be deliberately damaged, altered, or excessively worn will be refunded at a pro-rated amount.

*Stain color is not a defect.  Due to natural variations in wood grain and different computer monitor settings, we cannot accept returns based on color deviations unless the deviation is the result of gross negligence on our part, i.e. no stain at all, clear stain instead of red, etc.
